WHAT WE ASK OF OUR TRADERS
12–4 PM
MINIMUM TRADING HOURS
We expect an active service window from at least 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday, capturing our prime lunch and early evening crowds.
80%
FULFILLMENT RATE
We support outside events and private hire bookings, but ask for an 80% attendance rate across your scheduled days to maintain a reliable, vibrant yard for our community.
